Join the Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland (ACEI) and the Irish Centre for Diversity (ICFD) for this webinar exploring the ACEI Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) Pledge. Designed specifically for ACEI members, the Pledge provides a practical and structured framework to help organisations strengthen inclusive workplace cultures, broaden their talent pool and create environments where everyone can thrive.
During this session, we’ll be joined by Director of Strategic Partnerships, James Cawley from the Irish Centre for Diversity to explore why inclusion matters for the future of the sector, how the Pledge supports organisations at every stage of their journey, and the tangible benefits of embedding equity, diversity and inclusion into everyday workplace practices. We will also examine how organisations can use the Pledge as a foundation for continuous improvement and, where appropriate, progress towards the Investors in Diversity (IiD) accreditation framework.
