Tribute to William (Billy) Mulvaney

President Brian Kavanagh, Executive and Secretariat are saddened to learn of the death of William (Billy) Mulvaney, formerly of Jennings O’Donovan & Partners Limited, RIP.
 
Williams’ first job on graduation from Civil Engineering in 1971 from UCG was with Jennings O’Donovan, initially working on overseas projects and later in Ireland until his retirement in 2017 after 46 years of committed service.
