The implementation of structured information management is central to Ireland’s digital transition in the built environment. This webinar will explore how the Build Digital project, funded by the Department of Public Expenditure, NDP Delivery and Reform, is enabling this transformation through its three interconnected hubs — Digi Adopt, Digi Implement, and Digi Innovate.
Focusing on the implementation of information management, this session will demonstrate how organisations can translate Irish BIM Mandate into practice. The discussion will align with the Irish BIM Mandate, the ISO 19650 series, and the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF), outlining how these frameworks support consistent, transparent, and data-driven project delivery.
Participants will gain insight into how Digi Implement bridges the gap between planning and doing — supporting public and private sector organisations in applying standards such as IFC, Uniclass, and ICMS. The webinar will highlight how Build Digital’s templates, structured workflows, and guidance documents provide a clear, scalable pathway to embed best-practice information management at project level.
Attendees will see how Build Digital’s approach supports improved collaboration, reduced duplication, and stronger alignment between clients, consultants, and contractors.
