ACEI Lunch & Learn – Digitalisation & BIM

This session is part of ACEI’s ongoing commitment to strengthening digital capability across the consulting engineering profession. Building on Government requirements while also emphasising the importance of shaping relevant digitalisation personas for member firms and deepening collaboration across the sector — this Lunch & Learn will focus on improving how consulting engineering practices support public sector clients in delivering BIM‑enabled projects.

The presentation will explore:

• Practical steps for improving project delivery for our clients through the implementation of BIM processes and standards
• Ideas for member firms to enhance BIM delivery and client outcomes in-line with Public Works BIM requirements.
• Current challenges and opportunities identified with project delivery through BIM.
• Alignment with broader industry initiatives and upcoming digitalisation workflows.

The purpose of this Lunch & Learn is to continue fostering meaningful engagement, share practical insights, and provide a structured opportunity for ACEI members to learn from real project experience.
