Seminar on Standing Conciliators & Project Boards under the PWC Forms of Contract< back to events

The 2017 versions of the PWC Forms of Contract now include for the new roles of Standing Conciliator and Project Boards. The inclusion of a Project Board is mandatory on all projects exceeding €5.0M . The engagement of a Standing Conciliator is mandatory for projects exceeding €10.0M but one may be engaged  on smaller projects.

The Conference will address the potential benefits and pitfalls of the new procedures and attempt to give advice on how the benefits can be maximised. The potential of availing of these roles for dispute avoidance will be explored
